Skinned Knees - 180/365

Thomas fell down and skinned his knee just before naptime.  Within an hour and a half of waking up, Sam had fallen and skinned the same knee.  They are so different, but even in this picture you can see them holding the same pose.  So funny and interesting to see.

Strawberry Boys - 179/365

The boys and I went strawberry picking for a second time, and they were kind enough to allow me to take a few pictures.  As long as there were strawberry bribes to be had, that is!

Our roses are looking particularly good this year.  We cut them back to halfway down the porch railing in the spring, so you can see how much they've grown!

Thomas first plucked all of the grapes out of his bowl and lined them up on the counter.  I assumed he was rejecting them as he ate the rest of his food.  Then, one by one, he devoured them.  Silly boy!

The boys absolutely love their Nana, so it was no surprise that they loved strawberry picking with her.

I love my little garden, and here it is, looking great, with herbs (parsley, thyme, cilantro, oregano, basil), tomatoes (grape and slicing), peas (flat and snap), lettuce (FIVE different kinds), radishes, cucumbers and four kinds of peppers!

I had to put the squashes and pumpkins in overflow gardens!

Father's Day - 169/365

Just a couple... a lupine and one of my favorite peonies, "Bowl of Beauty".  Plus a shot of the flower arrangement on our upstairs hall table.  One of my favorite things about spring/summer is being able to have fresh flowers on the table every week.  Makes me smile every time I walk up the stairs.
